Have a valid reason for return (such as damaged items or incorrect items received). c. Submit the return request within 24 hours of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

    First you need to submit video that you make during the parcel open. After we receive and inspect the video, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 12-18 business days. Note: You need to choose your government postal office to ship to return to seller at Zara Zari address.
