Zara Zari Return and Refund Policy

 

Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are issued for items that are returned in accordance with Zara Zari's return shipping policy: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

A video of opening the parcel and a valid reason for the return must be provided.

 

Valid Reasons for Return and Refund:
- Damaged items upon receipt.
- Incorrect items received.

 

Time Frame for Return and Refund Requests:
Customers must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

 

The video of opening the parcel must be included in the return request.

 

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Zara Zari (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

 

 

Processing of Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Zara Zari will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

 

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

 

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when:

 

- An item is not in its original condition.

 

- An item is damaged for reasons not due to Zara Zari's error.

 

Non-Refundable Items:
- Items once purchased will not be refunded.

 

- Customized or personalized items.

 

 

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are accepted for items that are defective or damaged.

 

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
