PRODUCT CARE
Never machine-wash, it should be dry-cleaned only.
Store the garment in a cool dry place.
Do not store silks with zari/metal yarns in plastics; plastics react with zari and turn it dark.
Zari will also oxidize if in contact with humid air; they are best protected in cotton lined boxes or covers.
Chlorine bleach should never be used on silk and always dry cleaned.
EMBROIDERY AND COLOUR
We maintain the inherent qualities of our products with the utmost care but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any colour bleeding therein.
SIZING
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics, the given measurement can differ marginally.

Refunds are issued for items that are returned in accordance with Zara Zari's return shipping policy: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.A video of opening the parcel and a valid reason for the return must be provided.
